PICK-UP AND TRANSFER SERVICE
Pick-up and transfer service info
We offer pick-up service and transfer to the airport with the following fares per way:
1 – 4 people 65 € (4 people ONLY with 4 cabin luggages).
4 – 7 people 95 €
(All fares are from 7:00 am to 21:00. For night services an additional 10 € per way surcharge applies).
Price might change if you are travelling with a large amount of luggage
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECK-IN
Official check-in time for rooms 14:00h (2:00 pm ) to 22:00h (10:00 pm )
Official check-in time for apartments 14:00h (2:00 pm ) to 21:00h (9:00 pm )
Since we don't have a 24 hour reception, there won't always be a staff member present. Please inform us about your expected time of arrival and give us a phone number where we can contact you during your trip. Also inform us about how you plan on reaching Rome (Flight number, train, car) for further assistance
ROOMS: for late arrivals we charge a 10 euro late fee until midnight, and an extra 10 euro late fee every hour for arrivals after midnight.
APARTMENTS: for late arrivals we charge a 20 euro late fee until midnight, and an extra 10 euro late fee every hour for arrivals after midnight.
EARLY ARRIVALS (ROOMS ONLY)
For arrivals before 14:00h (2:00 pm) you may store your luggage for free starting 10.00 am in our location in Via Buonarroti 39, close to the Termini train station.
Please be aware, no one will be there before 10:00 am.
Exceptions*
For Lucky Domus Esquilino and Lucky Stars residence apartament it is possible to store your luggage starting 10 am
CLEANING FEE (ONLY APARTMENTS)
Cleaning fee is not included for our apartments and has to be paid upon arrival (there is no cleaning fee charge for rooms).
ROME MUNICIPAL CITY TAX
In Rome a city tax of 6€ per person per night is not included and has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Children younger than 10 years are exempt.
CASH PAYMENT INFO (APARTMENTS)
Please be advised that for all of our apartments we request full payment in cash upon arrival for the entire stay, city tax and cleaning fee.
If you would like to request for a different method of payment, please contact us before your arrival, thank you.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INFO (ROOMS ONLY)
For our rooms (not apartments) it is possible to pay either by cash or by credit, or by bank transfer before your arrival in the property.
